Jeremy's role lies primarily in land acquisition and supervising the company's Brokerage activities. He's also involved in the development process and implementation of the business and marketing strategies. Since founding JBL in 2002, Jeremy has been responsible for the acquisition of 50+ properties and 200+ lease transactions. Jeremy is a graduate of Towson University and a licensed MD Real Estate Agent.
Sales and Leasing Associate
Raised in the Washington DC area, Ross brings 8 years of real estate experience to JBL . His work has focused mainly on real estate sales, with a diverse clientele base in both residential and commercial markets. By negotiating favorable terms for his clients and their mortgage lenders, Ross developed a successful business helping distressed homeowners sell their homes. Previously with Solomon & Maged P.C., a real estate law firm, he spent four years coordinating commercial and residential transactions. Ross attended Towson University and graduated from The University of Maryland College Park.
Dennis' role lies in the accounting and financial aspects of the property management division of JBL. Dennis is a U.S. Army Vietnam-era veteran, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. In the past, Dennis operated his own accounting practice for 35 years and is a current member of the Maryland Society of Accountants.
