Jeremy’s role lies primarily in land acquisition and supervising the
company’s sales activities. He’s also involved in the development process
and implementation of the business and marketing strategies. Since founding
JBL in 2002, Jeremy has single-handedly acquired 50+ properties. Jeremy is a graduate
of Towson University. Jeremy is a licensed MD Real Estate Salesperson.
